Terms of Agreement

Welcome to Tillamook Movers. By using our moving services, you (“the customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Tillamook Movers offers professional moving services, including residential and commercial moves, packing, and transportation. All services are provided as agreed upon in the estimate and final invoice.
2. Booking & Estimates
- Estimates are
non-binding
and based on the information provided by the customer.
- Final pricing may vary based on actual
moving time, labor, distance, and unforeseen circumstances.
- A deposit may be required to secure your moving date.
3. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed through
Square.com for credit cards and checks.
- Full payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may result in additional fees.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Customers may cancel or reschedule their move at least 48 hours in advance
without penalty.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may incur a
cancellation fee.
5. Liability & Damages
- We take
great care
in handling your belongings. However, we are not responsible for:
- Items
not properly packed
by the customer.
- Pre-existing damage to furniture or belongings.
- Loss or damage
due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., accidents, weather conditions).
- Claims for damages must be submitted in writing within
7 days
of the move.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure clear access
to all moving locations (driveways, hallways, elevators, etc.).
- Notify us in advance of
any large, fragile, or specialty items (e.g., safes, pianos).
- Be present or have an authorized representative available during the move.
7. Right to Refuse Service
Tillamook Movers reserves the right to refuse service if:
- The work environment is
unsafe.
- Items exceed
legal weight or size limits.
- There is
illegal, hazardous, or prohibited
material involved.
8. Privacy & Data Usage
- Customer information (name, phone number, address) is used only for invoicing, communication, and service improvement.
- We use Google Analytics to track website traffic and
Square.com
for payment processing.
- Customers may request deletion of their personal data after their move or canceled estimate by emailing
[email protected].
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the
State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the state.
